Bill Anger Bio
- Graduated from Taunton High school in 1983
- Served active duty in the Navy for 5 years as an Electronic technician and had a top secret security clearance, I worked on Repaired and maintained all advanced electronic systems on the USS Albert David, which included radar, aims mark 12 IFF, satellite navigations, and cyptro-equipment. After leaving the ship I became an instructor at Service School Command teaching the Aims Mark 12 IFF system.
- Certified Fitness Trainer through IDEA Health and Fitness Association in 1987 in San Diego, Ca during my service time
- Started Training One on One at this time and continued to today
- Moved back east in the winter of 1989.
- 1990 started working as the manager of a local gym call Jezak’s gym.
- Purchased the business January of 1993 and re-named it Jezak’s Health and Fitness…
- Purchased my GNC Franchise on January 1998 and July 5th 2000 my GNC store opened for business.
- Involved in manufacturing and developing numerous products that were sold nationwide in GNC stores
- Focused most of my dieting and training with people who were suffering from disabling injuries and/or had serious medical issues.
- Worked with consumers in my store trying to educate and help them learn how to eat correctly for their own body and situations and advised them on how to use appropriate natural supplements..
- Sold my GNC Store in June 2008
- The sale forced a 3 year non-compete clause which forced me to no be able to work directly in the Fitness Industry.
- During this time I worked at Charlton Memorial hospital as an equipment and high pressure boiler operator.
- Aug 2012 I left the hospital and starting working for myself fulltime and that’s when I launched my present business Elite Performance.
My greatest accomplishment in life has to be my 3 children. Liam, Grace, and Matilda. None of this means anything to me without them in my life. I’m a very loyal and old school value guy.
