Tory Minehan

I started weight training at the age of 15, during a time when it was uncommon to see women in the weight room. I competed in my first bodybuilding competition at 26 and earned first place while raising my three-year-old son.

Although I never stopped training, my focus shifted to raising my three children as a single mother. At 41, I decided it was time to return to the competitive stage. After working with several coaches and competing in a number of regional shows, I found Bill Anger.

Working with Bill elevated my bodybuilding career. His training programs are detailed, his nutrition plans are precise, and his preparation leaves nothing to chance. After successfully competing in several regional events under his guidance, I earned the opportunity to compete on the national stage.

In October 2020, at 48 years old, I competed at the NPC Masters National Championships and placed second in Women’s Bodybuilding Over 40. The following year, in December 2021 at age 49, I competed at the NPC Masters USA Championships in Arizona, where I earned my IFBB Pro status in both Women’s Bodybuilding Over 40 and Over 45.

Life then presented some significant challenges. In 2023, I underwent major neck surgery, and exactly one year later I was involved in a serious car accident. Throughout both setbacks, Bill remained a constant source of encouragement, positivity, and support. He never stopped believing in me, even during the long recovery process.

After several years of rehabilitation, I was finally able to make my professional debut. Bill prepared me for the Tampa Pro in August 2025, and I achieved what became the most rewarding experience of my competitive career, placing second in Women’s Bodybuilding Over 50 and third in Over 45.

Bill gives every client his full commitment. His knowledge, attention to detail, and genuine investment in the success of his athletes set him apart. I am incredibly grateful for his coaching, his unwavering belief in me, and his friendship throughout this journey.
